Melissa and Sterling met in 1994 and married in 1995.

Three of their seventeen married years was spent in Idaho, running Lazy MD Arabians after the passing of Melissa's father. They moved to Billings, Montana and continued operation of Lazy MD Arabians  in Billings for one year. 

Twelve years ago Sterling and Melissa decided to move the operation to Utah and together they run the Lazy MD Arabian facility in Cedar Fort, Utah. They have 6 dogs (two Dobermans, 3 Dachshunds, and 1 Boxer), 2 cats that they claim, a bunch of chickens, and any wildlife that wanders in.






Lazy MD Arabian is open 24/7, 365 days a year.

You can ride anytime you want.
Their methods include hands on training, showing their clients how to do everything
including knowing and appreciating his/her horse..
